| How to FTP to your web space using Fetch |

If you don't have a copy of Fetch grab it here.
When you first run Fetch this is what appears on your screen. |
 To copy files (pages, pictures etc.) for your web space from your computer to the Internet you need to remove the information here so you are left with a blank screen:
and enter the following information: |
| Host: | pages.eidosnet.co.uk |
| User ID: | Ysername (not username@eidosnet.co.uk) |
| Password: | Your Eidosnet password |
| Directory: | A single slash ("/") |
|
Once you click OK the computer will then connect you to the web space on the Internet that holds the files (pages, pictures etc.) and folders for your web site and will display them as a list like this:
From here to copy files from your computer to the Internet click on the Put Files button.
Or to copy files from your web space back to your computer select the file on your web space you want to copy and then click the Get File button and then select where on your computer you want to store the file. |

Open your browser and in the Address Bar type: http://pages.eidosnet.co.uk/~username/ Hit the Return key on your keyboard and you will see your web page out on the Web!
